Lacrosse Training Session (2 hours)
Warm-Up (20 minutes)
Light Jog (5 minutes):
Jog around the field at a moderate pace to increase heart rate.
Dynamic Stretching (10 minutes):
Stretch legs, arms, and torso.
Mobility exercises like arm circles, lunges, and hip rotations.
Agility Drills (5 minutes):
Agility ladder exercises.
Lateral jumps and short sprints.
Basic Skills (40 minutes)
Passing and Catching (15 minutes):
Partner Passing Drill (5 min): Players pair up and practice passing and catching with both hands.
Dynamic Partner Passing Drill (10 min): Players pass while moving. (dynamic partner passing)
Ground Balls and Shooting (25 minutes):
Line Ground Ball Drill (5 min): Players line up and practice scooping ground balls while moving.
Ground ball, pass, shot Drill (10 min)
3 second, 3 man ground ball to shot Drill (10 min)
Shooting Drills (20 minutes)
Pass and Shooting (10 minutes): 4 point shooting Drill , This is a good ball rotation and shooting drill
Shooting on the Move (10 minutes): C-Cut Quick Release Drill: Players practice shooting while running towards the goal.
Possession drill (20 minutes)

(6v6 Unsettled Breaks)
Scrimmage (20 minutes)
Scrimmage:
Divide players into two teams and play a short match.
Focus on applying the skills practiced during the session.
